In 1999, Stacey Romberg started her own small business: a law firm. She took a creative approach to running the new office, as one of the first Seattle attorneys to operate “virtually” by renting conference room space for meetings on an as-needed basis while maintaining a home office.

Attorney Lisa Vargo works in a Senior Counsel capacity. Stacey and Lisa work together in a collaborative manner, often analyzing and working through legal issues in order to provide the highest quality of work to our clients. This collaborative process creates a better end product for our clients, and is one of the key strengths of our firm. In addition, our approach improves our ability to respond to your questions and needs on a timely basis.

Office Setup – Pro-Environment

We are a virtual law firm – utilizing a mail center and a Ballard-area conference room. All team members maintain home offices. Client files are maintained digitally to the greatest extent possible, and everyone works with these digital files via a secure server, client portal, and legal practice management software. Our setup is creative, works efficiently, and shows sensitivity for our environmental and climate challenges by minimizing automobile commutes and needless paper.
