Information Needed to Schedule Initial Consultation
Our office will respond within one business day to confirm the date and time of your initial consultation.
Please note that scheduling an initial consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. Our firm will need to: (1) determine whether the scope of work you need is within our areas of practice; (2) undergo a conflicts checking procedure pursuant to the Washington Rules of Professional Conduct to determine whether we have a conflict of interest related to your matter; and (3) enter into a written and signed legal services agreement with you prior to forming an attorney-client relationship. Therefore, we ask that you do not provide detailed or confidential information to us in the process of scheduling your appointment.
