News from the Desk: June 2014

On July 25th, I have been invited to address fellow attorneys who own or work in small practices at the 9th Annual Solo & Small Firm Conference presented by the Washington State Bar Association in Vancouver, Washington. I am thrilled to be speaking at this premier event for the third year! This year’s theme is “The Small Firm Advantage: Innovative Tools, Technology and Strategies to Leverage Your Practice.” I will be speaking on how to set up and manage a virtual firm, which ties into my four-series column for the American Bar Association GP Solo eReport – also on how to run a virtual office.

As I mentioned last month, we’ve been busy improving our firm’s website including adding six new videos! In the video below, you can watch Sherry’s dog, Emily, smile for the camera, sit for a treat, and take in the views at Seattle’s Carkeek Park with Sherry and me. You might learn a little bit more about Sherry, too – both personally and professionally. Please let us know what you think!

If you have any questions or comments, please let me know!
